Maintenance Supervisor (with AC/ Electrical System experience) - ADCI

The Maintenance Supervisor will be directly responsible for the building, ground, and equipment maintenance; and various activities in support of new equipment, facilities, and other maintenance and facility improvement initiatives. The person must have MEP and Civil experience (Air Condition and Electrical systems).



• Ensure maintenance resources are properly staffed & managed across a 24/7 operation.



• Develop annual operating and capital budget needs for the maintenance of equipments, building, and grounds. Oversee expenditures and continuously track and adjust spending to ensure performance to budget plan.



• Handle all overall facility planning activities in regards to new equipment installations, building changes and rearrangements.



• Ensure procedures and practices comply with defined UAE labor law procedures and work instructions.



• Provide a healthy and safe place by identifying and eliminating hazards.



• Communicate and reinforce Quality Policy and Business Objectives and rules & regulations.



• Properly report, investigate, and implement corrective actions to quality problems and safety incidents.

Accounts Payable Accountant - Qatar Petrochemical Company Ltd. (QAPCO)

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

h) Maintains all the documents for follow-up in files separated according to category wise.



i) Follow-up with the concerned in other departments for vendor invoices pending for approval



j) Attends and assists in reconciliation of sub-ledgers and GL control accounts for financial closing and audit on periodical basis.



k) Processes monthly telecommunication bills for all lines under QAPCO customer number.



l) Generates approval request for creating and amending non-po vendors.



QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE



Bachelor Degree in Accounts & Finance with specific Diploma or equivalent



05 years experience in Accounts payable activities or general accounts.



Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Job Purpose:



Responsible for all matters affecting schools’ business operations, processes, programs and staff relating to internal and external compliance and risk management



KEY RESULT AREAS



 Responsible for developing and maintaining a schools’ compliance program and administering, monitoring and reporting compliance efforts



 Responsible for leading compliance efforts to identify schools’ internal control risks, business risks, and operational cost-reduction opportunities



 Act as a channel of communication to receive and direct compliance issues to appropriate levels of authority for investigation and resolution



 Perform substantial compliance and examination work and conduct internal review and monitoring of QF schools’ business process compliance with applicable QF policies, procedures, and requirements



 Identify potential gaps and coordinate remediation as appropriate in alignment with policies and best practices



 Report on a regular basis to school governing bodies and PUE leadership with recommendations for improvements and trending information for identified risks



 Advise schools on methods to improve efficiency and quality of services, and to reduce vulnerability to misuse, abuse and waste.



 Plan and conduct operational compliance reviews to identify any noncompliance issues with internal control risks, business risks and operational cost reduction opportunities



 Ensure that appropriate control standard and procedures are developed and followed.



 Support compliance monitoring by coordinating reviews, routine checks, transaction monitoring and approvals



 Complies with QF health, safety, and environment policies, procedures, legal regulations and objectives applicable to areas of responsibility to ensure that work is performed in a safe, healthy and environmentally-sound manner

Job Purpose:To undertake reception duties for the Biobank Qatar clinic on a shift basis, including welcoming participants and visitors, undertaking check-in procedures and dealing with general administration tasks under the supervision of the clinic supervisor.



KEY RESULT AREAS



1. Ensure confidentiality of participant information.



2. Ensuring friendly and professional welcome for all participants and visitors to the premises;



3. Ensuring smooth and efficient check-in procedures for all participants;



4. Responding to telephone/email and direct inquiries in a professional responsive manner;



5. Dealing with general administrative tasks as directed by the clinic supervisor;



6. Explaining to the participants the consent sheet and replying to any questions rose before signing the consent.



7. Assessing the participants through the questionnaire, either by helping one to one through using the computer or identifying unclear questions



8. Ensuring all participants are thanked for taking part and any requirements at the end of the clinic visit are dealt with in a professional and responsive manner.
