Customer Service Executive - Globelink Travel LLC


The position is for a the back office tasks for an online product. The Customer service executives should be able to:



• Handle inquiries over phone/email/online



• Coordinate with travel vendors and customers (agencies)



• Make reservations for hotels, car hires, etc



• Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a helpful and precise manner ascertaining requirements



Skills that we are looking for in the ideal candidate:



• Effective communication skills



• Good email/phone etiquettes



• Knowledge of travel and related serices



• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)



• Team player who can work under minimum supervision



• Enthusiastic and hardworking



• Customer and service focused with excellent communication skills



• Adhere to deadlines



Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
