JOB OVERVIEW
Crowne Plaza Doha - The Business Park is in the market for a talented Revenue and E- Commerce Executive to drive revenue from all our electronic distribution channels. The Executive’s role is to coordinate, integrate, and lead the development and maintenance of the company’s e-commerce and revenue strategies for the purpose of smooth business-to-business and business-to-customer transactions, in both Rooms Sales and Food and Beverage. This individual is also responsible for working closely with the Sales & Marketing team, also ensuring the content of the hotel’s Websites are up to date and effective. Strong technical knowledge of social media and good command of the English & Arabic languages is required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESYou'll work with the Revenue Manager in developing and implementing revenue generating opportunities for Brand Site, OTA, CRO and GDS. Responsible for driving hotel’s channel performance by managing social media practices, optimizing hotel content, and integrating to IHG tools and systems.The key influencer of channel shifting and create hotel awareness around the value of IHG Rewards club.In return, we'll give you a competitive benefits package including salary, discounted accommodation worldwide and the opportunity to progress your career with IHG.
