Job Purpose:



The Brand Executive implements and executes the developed marketing strategies, alongside with finding new business opportunities for the brand to further expand the market share of the brand.







Job Responsibilities:



- Develops and sustains relationships with potential/existing clients by coordinating professional meetings, attending promotional events, and providing effective administrative support.



- Supervises and supports the implementation process of the brand's promotional activities.



- Conducts face to face training for healthcare professionals.



- Negotiates and ensures the right visibility and space granted for the brand in retail outlets.



- Ensures the sell-in (to the retailers) is achieved for the assigned accounts, and accordingly delivered to the end users as planned (sell-out).



- Prepares clear sales analysis, as well as sales reports, in-time proposals and presentations.



- Conducts Competitor Analysis and coordinates with the Marketing Manager for taking the proper actions in the right time frame.



- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by the Marketing Manager.

· Make sure that the internal financial controls are followed, ensuring appropriate AP3/ NFCM/ SOX/Alcon compliance and usage. Keep all records/ files updated to perform regular compliance tests and audits



· Working closely with HFRA on all cluster related issues related to Finance and Audit.



· Key interfaces include: HOF ME, HFRA ME, Cluster Heads, BUMs, Marketing Heads and Procurement Head.



· Maintain & update all - Fixed Assets Register, Employee Balances, Supplier confirmations, Distributor SoAs.

Job Purpose



The Accountant is responsible for maintaining and improving books of accounts, financial, NP4 & NFCM compliance. Verifies day-today financial activities, provides necessary information to CFO and FRAM, and helps to minimize costs through the optimization of its financial processes. Helping FRAM in all monthly closing and all Finance department activities and can be delegated independent tasks / closures.

About Your Job::







In this role you will manage the bonded store operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ensuring that all flights depart with the correct bars and stores, on time and to specification.







You will be responsible for all operational activities within the bonded stores to ensure that all bars and stores are packed on time and to specification including the correct allocation and utilisation of staff. You should oversee the bars and dry store packing areas, ensuring that everyone has the relevant and most up to date information and that performance is on track and ensuring that the bonded store adheres to legislation at all times - this includes: customs, fire, health and safety, food safety, security, first aid, ramp safety and airport procedures. You must track the performance of the bond through the effective monitoring and analysis of the bonded stores voyage reports and implement corrective action where appropriate. You should lead the operational effectiveness team within the bond aimed at cost savings, standardisation, simplification and waste reduction and assist with the evaluation of the department or team objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and make appropriate changes if needed. You will be responsible for vehicle/communication allocation and maintenance as required.







About You::











To be successful in this role you will need a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Catering related, additionally a HACCP certificate will be a distinct advantage. You will have a minimum 5 years of job-related experience within Airline Bonded Stores. You must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Ms Access and PowerPoint. You must have knowledge of procurement, stock control, equipment handling, operations and dispatch. You must possess strong experience in store keeping, inflight operations and stock control. You should have the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Additionally as a key management role you must have the ability to train and develop subordinate's skills.

a) Processes and follows up daily received invoices related to purchase orders and non-purchase orders according to payment terms and agreements / contracts.



b) Prepares Debit / Credit Memos for miscellaneous transactions.



c) Prepares Marketing Expenses payments (Qapco Liaison offices, petty cash, monthly salaries and rents)



d) Liaises with other departments and within the department for any queries, clarifications and matters related to processing of invoices.



e) Provides accruals for periodical financial closing.



f) Coordinates with supervisor and colleagues to process documents encountered with technical problems and critical issues.



g) Ensures all the incoming financial documents are complete & valid, segregates according to priority and distributes among the team members.



h) Maintains all the documents for follow-up in files separated according to category wise.



i) Follow-up with the concerned in other departments for vendor invoices pending for approval



j) Attends and assists in reconciliation of sub-ledgers and GL control accounts for financial closing and audit on periodical basis.



k) Processes monthly telecommunication bills for all lines under QAPCO customer number.



l) Generates approval request for creating and amending non-po vendors.



QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE



Bachelor Degree in Accounts & Finance with specific Diploma or equivalent



05 years experience in Accounts payable activities or general accounts.



Fluency in both written and spoken English.



Computer Literate
