Alcon is currently providing an Internship Opportunity for university students or fresh graduates to experience various aspects of accounting while working for a well-known Pharmaceutical Company.

Major Accountabilities:

· Overall maintenance of Books of accounts in Dolphin environment/ ensure processing of suppliers, employees and other claims in a timely manner according to defined KPIs.

· Ensure the integrity and correctness of all financial documents, data records up-keeping/ filing/ data management.

· Make sure that the internal financial controls are followed, ensuring appropriate AP3/ NFCM/ SOX/Alcon compliance and usage. Keep all records/ files updated to perform regular compliance tests and audits

· Working closely with HFRA on all cluster related issues related to Finance and Audit.

· Key interfaces include: HOF ME, HFRA ME, Cluster Heads, BUMs, Marketing Heads and Procurement Head.

· Maintain & update all - Fixed Assets Register, Employee Balances, Supplier confirmations, Distributor SoAs.
