As a TMC, we arrange individual travels, group incentive travels, corporate bookings as well as MICE. The Travel Consultants should be able to:

- Handle inquiries over phone/email/onlineOffer travel advice

- Make reservations for a variety of travel related products - flights, hotels, car hires, airport services and other land arrangements.

- Close deals with clients, airlines, hotels, suppliers, and tour operators

- Attend sales call and meeting for travel sales presentation

- Offer travel solutions based on clients requirements

- Tailor itineraries to meet specific clients requests

- Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a helpful and precise manner ascertaining requirements

Skills that we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

- Effective communication skills

- Good email/phone etiquettes

- Knowledge of GDS (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre)

- Well versed with booking Hotels, Cars, MAAS, etc. Experienced in using B2B online booking tools as well as direct coordination with suppliers

- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)

- Team player who can work under minimum supervision

- Enthusiastic and hardworking

- Customer and service focused with excellent communication skills

- Adhere to deadlines
