About the Job:







This requirement is for our Regional Parts Division and based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.







The incumbent will be responsible for bulk sale of parts and for achieving the sales and gross margin targets. He will report to Manager- Parts Direct.







He should have a thorough understanding of the sales process and show a proven track record of successfully selling parts in bulk for at least three years. He should have ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers. He should be well versed with the documentation and logistics processes in international trading.







He should have the knowledge of using a computer system, ideally SAP ERP system.







He should preferably hold a degree or diploma in engineering or a degree in marketing or similar qualification.







The responsibilities include:



* Maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing customers.



* Negotiating the terms of sales and closing sales.



* Recommending the appointment of dealers after assessing their capabilities and negotiation of commercial terms.



* Carrying out market surveys and identifying untapped potential in different geographical areas and customer groups, with the objective of increasing sales.



* Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements and identifying new business opportunities.



* Monitoring the performance of regular customers and providing feedback to them.

WORK Requirements:







Should be fully conversant with Work Permit System, Scaffolding Procedure, Multilock System, Electrical Area Classification and relevant codes and standards, accident reporting and investigation procedures. -Advise requirement of Personnel Protective Equipment in line with safety procedures, ensure compliance, inspect and maintain record of these personnel protective Equipment. -Monitor the compliance of Work Permit System by the contractor employees. -Educate, train and inform the contractor employees on Health Environment and Safety aspects. -Get fully conversant with Fire and Safety Regulations, Major Incident Procedure Plan and Emergency Evacuation Plan and strictly compliance. -Report and investigate accidents and near misses of the contractor employees. -Co-ordinate, liaise and communicate with Safety Section and attend weekly meetings.

Contract Engineer - cpp

To obtain a correct understanding of the client’s requirements.



To prepare the company’s quotation response in accordance with the established



procedures for investigation, design, costing and presentation.



To ensure that the documentation received for orders/enquiries is sufficiently



informative/detailed to allow the efficient processing of the work.



To process orders in accordance with the established procedures for materials, bought out



items, labour and site equipment.



To maintain an accurate and complete file record of all calculations, material lists, costings,



drawings, correspondence and purchase orders.



To attend pre‐quote/pre‐installation surveys/meetings.



To prepare full and accurate instructions for production control.



To prepare full and accurate manufacturing drawings/details for production control/factory



personnel.



To prepare full and accurate installation drawings/details for the construction personnel.



Source and procure all bought out/non‐stock items relevant to the contract in a cost



effective manner.



To source and procure the necessary site equipment to enable installation to be carried out



in a safe and efficient manner.



To programme work load to ensure that all resources arrive on site as scheduled, and



thereby allow the installation to be completed as cost effectively as possible.



To liaise with the client regarding deliveries of materials and the installation programme.



Seek client’s agreement on payment of down time/additional works which is directly



attributable to the customer.



To ensure the company does not incur unnecessary loss of contribution due to nonchargable



costs.
