Direct the work of personnel in his charge and maintain equipment history and performance trending records. Implement Predictive maintenance / Condition monitoring programs for Rotating Equipment, in order to maximize equipment reliability, prepare reports on the condition of equipment and issue action note as and when necessary. WORK Required: -Plan various equipment performance-monitoring schedules and forecast preventive maintenance on critical equipment. -Carry out vibration monitoring on rotating equipment (i.e. pumps, compressor, turbine, etc) Experience in the use of vibration monitoring systems using diagnostic softwares

-Generate survey report / progresses report on routine basis and oversee maintenance activities as required. -Carry out IN-SITU balancing wherever applicable and supervise rotor-balancing activities at shop. -Assess the spares status of all diagnostic instruments on routine basis and estimate spares requirement, -Carry out equipment performance analysis and check for equipment deterioration
