Finance Manager

• Overseeing the accounting books, records and forms required by the controlling institution and the accounting system of registration and use of the cycle according to the documentary and coordination with the External Auditor



• Supervise the work of guidance and limitations of accounting operations and entered into the computer and verify the safety and health of these procedures



• Extract trial balances and monthly statements of income and sub-total and to ensure their conformity with the books and records



• Overseeing the conduct of registration in the books of accounts of the Corporation with the banks that deal with it and adjust the accounts received from those banks and the settlement of any differences between them



• Preparation of final accounts and financial position of the institution at the end of the year and report the results achieved



• Manage and direct the staff of the accounts to make sure they have sufficient motivation, training and carrying out their responsibilities and functional according to the standards required



• Prepare a monthly statement of accounts receivables and creditors for presentation to the Finance Director.



• Management reporting for our entire group of companies businesses on a monthly basis



• Preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts in coordination with management



• Managing the accounting team to ensure all accounting entries are made accurately each month



• Managing the relationship with external auditors and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations



• Formulating strategic and long-term business plans



• Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems

Roles and responsibilities:







• Work with the various Inbound, Outbound, Ground and warehouse operations and insure compliance to service expectations and quality standards.







• Process all incoming and outgoing shipment traffic on daily basis







• Maintain direct communication with other stations worldwide and insure all services and updates are met up to standards.







• Maintain effective communication with other company departments to insure a proper work flow







• Perform all necessary support functions with regards to pending cases, special requests and answering internal/external customers’ inquiries.

Training Manager – Business Banking - RAKBANK

To manage the functions and performance of a team of trainers towards delivering learning solutions to all front-line departments including but not limited to sales and service teams across RAKBANK. The role also includes periodic reporting and performance management function for the assigned team and departments.







Accountabilities-







1.Plan, develop and implement strategy for foundational and functional training and development for all employees in front-line sales and service teams in Business Banking



2.Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring the effectiveness and return on investment of staff training and development interventions



3.Manage & develop direct reporting staff by rotating responsibilities maintaining staff training & development theory / methods providing suitable interpretation to trainers.



4.Ensure Training activities meet and integrate with bank Service Quality and Sales Objectives by managing logistics/ administration/ reporting of KRI’s/ proper MIS & meeting with deadlines for reporting the same to higher authorities. Update and maintain reports of training session conducted and feedback received.



5.Monitor, measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timelines



6.Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development, and to ensure they are fully informed of staff training and development objectives, purposes and achievements



7.Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary staff training and development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to managers and staff within the organisation



8.Manage learning interventions and projects within timelines and agreed service level agreements



9.Create and implement methods to improve the performance and delivery of training interventions
