The position requires overseeing the security guarding of the accommodation camp and office complex. The supervisor leads security in providing protection to all Jacobs’ employees, as well their appointed contractors along with visitors, ensuring the securing of assets and information. Enables shift duties to maintain a 24-hour, 7-day week, presence within camp and office complex. The security supervisor must ensures high standards of security services, providing control of access, visual deterrence, prevention of crime, securing of sensitive areas, protection of personnel and reaction to security incidents. They must be able to assess all risks, reporting change in risks levels, providing effective control measures and carrying out efficient investigations in the occurrence of incidents.
