Senior HR Manager - Fishhook Selection
A big local group is looking for a Senior HR Maanger to be responsible of developing, maintaining and implementation of the HR strategy and activities regarding recruitment, appraisal, training and other HR activities. The job also includes effective management and supervision of the HR team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Develops, implements and maintains the HR strategy in relation to the company`s strategy, goals and objectives; • Manages the HR team and ensure efficient delegation and work distribution for more efficient and effective team work and productivity; • Ensures the HR activities are providing adequate support throughout the company and the departments; • Manages the preparations of the manpower plan in relation to the company`s operation and business requirements; • Develops the training programs in relation to the department’s needs, developments and requirements; • Ensures the HR policies and procedures are well communicated and honoured by the other departments; • Develops and manages the recruitment activities in the company, and ensures adequate and efficient recruitment system and support; • Manages the developments and the documentations of the policies and procedures of the company in full coordination with other departments; • Develops and maintains the compensation strategy of the company, and ensures its development regarding the reality of the business and the market situation; • Implements and develops the necessary strategies and activities to maintain high employee retention in the company; • Ensures all the policies and the procedures of the HR are implemented and honoured, and ensure the policies and procedures respect the labour law and regulations; • Ensures that the Health Insurance and Visas are being handled and followed up properly; • Ensures the personnel status concerning the availability, orientation, training and other important subjects for sharing with other Departments; • Designs the performance management systems and participates in defining and determining the KPIs of the Company;; • Manages the preparation of the payroll on a timely basis as set by the policies and the procedures; • Ensures that all of the employees are being supported with all the needed allowances as per Company’s policies such as: car buying, car rental, hotel reservation…etc.; • Manages, trains and advices the subordinates to ensure continuous improvement in his/her work force. • Handles other tasks delegated by the higher Management from time to time.
