• This position is responsible for in consultation with Business Head, prepare short and medium term growth-oriented plans to achieve market share, revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives/ and targets based on the company strategy, assuring compliance to the company’s policies and procedures, directing and managing sales mangers and sales consultants, and improving the sales growth, by installing rigorous financial disciplines, particularly in sales target achievement and operating costs.



• The focus of this position is to ensure that the market share is enhanced through excellence in customer satisfaction and effective development of retail, used car and other products business.
