The purpose of the Business Analyst position is to work with key Business Stakeholders and IT to carry out the technology strategies and vision by participating in various projects and small initiatives. The Business Analysts are responsible for the creation and approval of various project deliverable such as: Project Scope, Business requirements, As Is/To Be process flow documents, test plan documents and results. They also are responsible to ensure that readiness planning is in place and evaluate the effectiveness and risks of change. As a Business Analyst your role is instrumental in the facilitating business involvement, decision-making, and coordination of business resources to deliver and implement high quality projects and prepare business area for changes impacting their areas.
