- manage the implementation of compute aided facility management and DCim.



- develop robust set of monitoring and auditing procedures and programs to track the performance of TFM supplier.



- Verify the TFM supplier staff qualificatioon to have the right and enough resources in place.



- review, comment on and appraise operational procedure and documentation provided by TFM supplier relating to the planning co-ordination and management of TFM service.



- provide the required support in relation to the provision of specialist services such as security, environmental controls, health and safety, energy use and space management.
