• Ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and delivery of services in the best possible manner

• Provides quotation to customers for the services provided by the company

• Communicates with client and agents regarding shipments and other issues

• Ensure all requirements of customers in terms of shipment execution and documentation is taken care of

• Locates or proposes business deals by contacting potential partners

• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

• Handle inquiries/problems encountered by clients and liaise with the respective departments in order to resolve the issues

• Develop relationships with customers beyond the required professional interaction

• Provide upward management to keep Senior Officer informed of pending issues or areas where assistance is required

• Any other duties as instructed by the Managers
