After Sales Administrator - Manpower Middle East
Our client, is a leading International Technology provider is currently seeking to recruitAfter Sales Administrator
Scope and Purpose:
• After-Sales administration / service order processing through the whole sales cycle from generation quotations and maintenance contracts via spare parts shipments till follow-up outstanding payments
• Task involves close cooperation with order management, sales, finance and project management functions
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:
• Generate customer quotations and prepare annual maintenance contracts
• Arranging of spare parts shipments including order cycle with our HQ
• Manage order confirmation, bank guaranties, Letters of Credit, INCOTERMS, Export Control Issues
• Processing of spare-parts-repair internally and via HQ
• Assist and attend to customer demands and requirements on phone and in writing
• Handling of service orders internally and externally (ERP system, suppliers, transporter, etc.)
• Invoicing and follow-up of outstanding payments
• Monitor customer’s credit limits
• Forecasting & reporting of service order status acc. to defined reporting structure.
