A reputable Real Estate company is currently recruiting for a Graphic and Website Designer.

Job/Position Main Scope

Reporting to the Marketing Manager the key focus of this role is to create and update all marketing and communications as and when required.

The Graphic & Web designer will own all Creative Branding (Print & Digital), CRM & Social Media, Website development & design

Some key responsibilities include but are not limited to

• To own the functionality of the current website, and it’s functions.

• Responsible for the graphical design and format of company documents and literature to include company handbooks, booklets, business cards, flyers.

• Regular auditing of online presence, ensuring websites, blogs and online communications are effective and functioning to their fullest potential.

• Design and create templates for all marketing collateral, develop libraries for all.

• Co-ordinates graphics to meet proposal review deadlines.

• Assit in the coordination of final printing, electronic copy; assemble of documents and shipping of marketing material and proposal documents.

• Provide administrative support database management for all marketing requirements

• Develop and maintain a thorough detailed library of marketing graphics and literature

• Source vendors where required to assist in marketing requirements and ensure they meet delivery schedules, completeness and accuracy

• Responsible for the graphical design and format of company documents and literature to include company handbooks, booklets, business cards, flyers
