Partners with regional leadership to develop and execute strategic communications plans (internal and external); shaping the message that will support the communications strategy

Develop and implement internal (Quality, Safety, Environment, HR, Business Conduct/Audit among others) and advertising campaigns according to corporate policy and guidelines using the most effective vehicles and tools (e.g. events, fairs and exhibitions, printed and digital materials, audiovisuals, etc).

Develop content in support of communications activities and projects, global and local/regional (including articles, brochures, videos and multimedia, social media, digital signage).

Support the development of a regional intranet site view to share company activities and to foster and promote employees’ integration, a common company culture, and an identity aligned with Tenaris’s values and strategy.

Develop and maintains effective relationships with employees and management in support of internal communications strategy.

Periodically assess the Communication needs of the employees at the mills in Saudi Arabia and Nigeria. Implement surveys and focus groups in order to evaluate communications activities and launch improvement plans accordingly.

Participate in the development of Social Media tools (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to boost company identity and foster a closer relationship with employees and the surrounding communities of the plants where Tenaris is present.

Enhance Tenaris presence in the local market by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (local and trade media and the community)

Participate in crisis communications activities aligned with the Corporate Crisis Management guidelines.

Manage Brandmark guidelines taking care of brand applications in Employee and Marketing Communications activities.

Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
