Cost Control - Civil Engineer



• Monitors the financial progress of a project



• Computes operating fixed and variable costs and compares such Compares budget amounts to actual expenses helping senior management adjust project costs while work is still in progress

Quality Control - Civil Engineer



To contribute to the operation of the Quality Control (QC) on site by preparing and implementing components of Quality Controls Plans and Procedures according to Company Quality Control procedures.



JOB OBJECTIVES



1. To undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities.



2. To conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.



3. To undertake tracking of materials according to project specifications.



4. To interface and coordinate with clients for production and QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.



5. To prepare Inspection Test Plans (ITP) according to project requirements and client specifications.



6. To conduct job, painting and materials welding inspections for daily activities.



7. To plan and conduct Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub Contractor activities.



8. To coordinate Non Destructive Testing (NDT) activities and review of NDT reports



9. To supervise staff for reporting, recording and inspection activities

Primary Duties and responsibilities:







Formulate and develop the business directions, objectives, targets and plans within the regions for the responsible brands.







Direct and manage overall operations of restaurants through on-site visits and analysis of reports. Ensure that restaurants achieve financial commitments and guest satisfaction standards.







Provide strategic and tactical guidance on developing restaurant operations, standards and guidelines including service, food preparation, sales, guest relations, safety/security, marketing and brand development.







Ensure direct reports perform all necessary administrative and accounting duties promptly and properly. Collaborate closely with departments’ heads to identify areas for improvement.







Work closely with Finance Department to review and approve monthly costs of employee benefits, consulting contracts, leases, vendors’ payments, payroll changes and other.







Supervise the development and maintenance of the office and information technology systems alongside the IT Department, including network management, database management, vendors and consultants management, inventory and procurement.







Monitor all purchase activities and ensure all standards are met.







Provide effective leadership and oversight of the business operations to ensure smooth operation of the office and all departments are in compliance with the company direction and legal requirements.







Upkeep of the image, standards and principle of the organization, keeping a transparent easily accessible style of management.







Lead company and staff performance on a regular basis to ensure long term achievement of the plans within the region.







Build strong management team and relationship. Manage the manpower effectively and to ensure high service standard and high team spirit among staff.







Review and analyze periodical financial operations, financial reporting in order to further plan and modify strategically the operational activities.







Accountability for signing documents that verify the country organizations’ compliance with financial, legal and government rules and regulations.







Lead change by utilizing your understanding of major organizational or industry transitions to define and communicate what the organization must do to support these changes.

Project Engineer - Gastronomica

The candidate shall be responsible for all project and construction related activities of the company starting from project management to construction execution. As Project engineer of an upscale restaurant company, the applicant is expected to have a thorough understanding about restaurant design and construction standards.







Primary Duties and responsibilities



• Overall responsibility of running the Projects department



* Source materials and create and maintain supplier contacts



• Frame and structure proper Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for all projects

* Manage a team of junior engineers and foremen



• Formulate mood boards, sample lists and brochures required for the execution of designs

Job Description:



Steer and manage the maintenance team of 15 people to perform maintenance and to keep the plant running 24/7



Implement and optimize of the existing maintenance program (preventive & predictive)



Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning plant of 1500 ton and above; be able to do maintenance and advice in improvements



Knowledge of compressed air plant; be able to do maintenance and advice in improvements



Knowledge of LPG / gas plant; be able to do maintenance and advice in improvements



Knowledge steam boilers, thermal oil boilers; be able to do maintenance and advice in improvements



Having perfect knowledge on the electrical field up to medium voltage levels



Hands on with PLC’s, drives, inverter, and be able to find root cause and solve problems



Able to work in a small team and giving back up to the people in charge in the shifts



Having knowledge of HSSE is a plus



5 - 10 years of experience in a similar position



Language: English is a must
