We are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Manager to be based in Doha, Qatar, on behalf of our client which is a multinational company that provides Fire Protection Solution Systems to various industries like Construction, Oil and Gas, etc. This position will report to the Segment Manager (Building) under the Building Segment Department handling the Qatar and Kuwait Market. This role will be primarily in-charge of the Territory Sales focusing on Technical Expertise and Individual Contribution to Achieve Sales Targets.







The Technical Sales Manager will advise a network of Architects, Authorities, Clients, Contractors, Fire Departments, etc. in order to ensure that the specific requirements with regards to fire safety, where the company can supply the solution. He or she will follow up on the projects in collaboration with the Contractors and Architects, as well as the distributors, managing Tenders and such will also be a part of this role’s duties. The Technical Sales Manager will follow-up expected reporting procedures implemented by his or her direct manager, as well as handling commercial follow up of complaints. The bearer of this role must be Sales Driven, Result Oriented, Well Organized, Self-Motivated, and must have Good Commercial Skills.

This position is a Business Intelligence Role and will be reporting directly under the Manager, Data Governance. This role will is tasked to identify Data Quality Issues, and Systematically Drive the improvement of the Data Quality at the source.







The Data Quality Officer must deliver and contribute to the delivery of intelligence services, i.e. Intelligence Refresh, Analysis, Intelligence Research and Development, Coaching, Performance Intelligence, and Health Economics Intelligence. He or she will actively audit Data Quality of the company data, and carry out the following tasks;







• Profile Data for Inconsistencies



• Apply Various Data Cleansing Techniques or Source Data as far as possible



• Be responsible for the Data Quality Testing Process of Data Model Expansions and Alterations



• Monitor Data to insure it meets the Quality Standards for Reporting and Analysis



• Monitor Adherence to the Data Governance Protocols and Data Security



• Work with the Designated Data Stewards in the Business Units: Address and Discuss Data Quality Issues, Co-Design Proposals for Solutions, Co-Present Proposal’s and facilitate the Decision Process and Support Implementation.







This role will also support the Information Architect or Data Integration Architect, and actively plan and undertake any action that enhances the connection of Intelligence with any of the Business Units of the Company.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Security Officer to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE on behalf of our client which is a semi-government Insurance Company. This role will be reporting to the Section Head- Network, Telecom, Security and Data Centre. The purpose of this role is to assure the technical implementation and monitor the I.T Security Policies and measures into Information Systems to Protect Data, Prevent Unauthorized Access, and Minimize the Risk of System Failures caused by Malicious Software’s. The bearer of this role will be the main contact of the company I.T for any security audit that will be performed in the company, and his responsibility will also include systems in the disaster recovery sites.







The Senior Security Officer will ensure that all I.T Security Systems are managed and administrated under the company’s accepted Standards, and will also Implement all the Security Procedures and configurations as per the I.T Security Policies. He or She will support the I.T Risk Management process via analyzing threats to the computing environment, and ensure all I.T security incidents are promptly detected, investigated, reported and resolved. This role must ensure an ongoing I.T security awareness education and training is provided to all the I.T members, which also covers giving security briefing to the new I.T Operations Team members before they join their Department. The Senior Security Officer will also be responsible for monitoring the vendor websites and approved security websites for the latest vulnerability listings. Providing a report of the Information Security Policy, and Procedures Violations, I.T Security Incidents, and bringing any possible Threats to the Notice of the I.T Management. Continuously updating the Security Standards, Procedures, and Guidelines for the I.T Systems, Performing periodic/ random security audits, and ensuring that all Applications/Network/Database security logs are monitored and reviewed effectively are also part of the main duties for this role.

POSITION OVERVIEW:







The ICT Bid (Pre-Sales) Engineer supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions. The Bid Engineer collaborates with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.







JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:







• Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs/RFQs



• Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the Key Account Sales manager



• Responsible for development and delivery of ICT (IPTV, AV System, CCTV, Access Security, etc) Technologies



• Technical Solutions



• Responsible for representing the Technical Solution Elements including Proposed ICT (IPTV, AV System, CCTV, Access Security, etc) Technologies



• Technologies and Implementation Synergies.



• Participate in Product Trainings & Seminars when appropriate and requested



• Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture.



• Provides coaching and professional development to company’s members



• Opportunistically pursues additional Technical development opportunities, ensures these opportunities effectively improve Technical Skills & Knowledge.



• Monitors R&D/ customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.



• Provides Technical Presentations to customers when needed



• If required, acts as a Project Manager for certain Projects to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer’s expectation and initial proposals



• Follows and shares market technological needs and evolution with Product Line Managers.

• Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the Company. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.



• Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with Company’s business requirements.



• Provides coaching and professional development to team-member Pre-Sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical skills.



• Collaborates with sales to ensure opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.



• Act as program officer for all bids and take the responsibility of project completion and handover in liaison with engineering and sales,



• Monitor and follow all bids and prepare proposals accordingly,



• Assist sale and account Managers in designing solutions for their customers in liaison with network Service department,



• Prepare and supervise all proposals and templates for sales and account Managers,



• Liaise with the concerned departments to get the relevant documents to be incorporated in the Bid,



• Design the contents, organization and aesthetics of the bids and proposals,



• Compile complete bids with all the relevant information in consultation with GM, Sales,



• Create and maintain a date base of the bids submitted,



• Keep up and maintain filing systems for,



• To give technical support to sales executives and prepare/create presentation slides for



• Demonstration,



• Liaison with other departments for day- to-day activities,



• To supervise and process any additional assignment given by the Management and

Major Account Manager

Objective:







To develop strong partnership relation with major customers with the aim of influencing their key decision makers in establishing the company as their first choice Telecommunications solutions provider, in order to maximize sales revenues generated.

• To act as single point of contact for major account customer at all time (including after duty hours).



• Liaison with other departments managers for day- to-day activities.
