1. Ensure SAP application data security through proper SAP user roles and profiles. 2. Ensure SAP Data availability through timely database backups and system backup and move the backup tape to offshore site. 3. Ensure the Performance & Uptime of SAP system in current landscape and SAP Print server. 4. SAP User creation and User role management 5. Maintain SAP application interfacing with non-SAP systems (3GL Interface, Hand held terminal application etc.) 6. Manage and maintain SAP servers in the current landscape 7. Provide first level support to application users and Coordination with SAP Functional consultants for solving problems in such a way that it does not affect the operations of the organization. 8. Maintain SAP connectivity with SAP AG for system support through SAP Router. 9. Maintain OS File system and monitor system data growth. Coordinate with support vendor for timely action for any system/ application or database failure. 10. Manage and maintain SAP service portal and SAP Solution Manager Server. 11. SAP Client management
