• Prepare Technical Documentation and requirement as required by the Tender or Bid.

• Prepare and Construct Construction Methodology or Work Method of Statement in accordance with the Issued Scope of the Project and in conformance with the Clients requirements

• Developed and construct Project Organogram based on the requirements of the Project

• To ensure that all necessary Technical Requirement of a Tender are consolidated and complete prior to the submission to Client.

• Closely coordination with the Lead Estimators for any Technical Requirements in need that may incorporate to the Technical Package.

• Able to prepare Construction / Execution plan in Primavera P6 is an advantage.

• Assisting in preparing Prequalification Documents
