Collection Manager ( Saudis Only ) - Al Kifah Holding

The successful Candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:



1.Managing a Team of 2 Supervisors and 15 Collectors in two different location ( Dammam and AL Hasa ) .



2.Task assignments to his team.



3.Creation of a collecting manual to be implemented by the collectors.



4.Train and motivate the team.



5.To tackle any issue related with key customers in a timely fashion .



6.Increase the collection percentage through a clear plan-of-action.



7.Informing the Legal Dept. to take an action when required.
