- Supervise maintenance support for production lines to prevent production downtime.

- Supervise, participate, and train in repair maintenance activities, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Determine corrective action necessary to minimize downtime, increase productivity, and maintain continuity of operations.

- Manage the maintenance department budget to operate within the guidelines.

- Establish the priority and schedule maintenance activities with the Plant Manager and management team.

- Direct the efforts of the maintenance staff regarding their safety, quality of work, and efficiency of tasks.

- Plan and direct preventative, predictive and emergency maintenance activities to maximize machine efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

- Maintain the facility with a focus on safety inspections and monitoring.

- Work with the Plant Manager to complete capital projects on time and within budget.
