I am looking for Operations Manager for a Bar/Pub/Restaurant/Night club Group in Lebanon.

I need someone who can build a team an lead it. Motivational, team building, and very good experience in this industry working with other managers and back office personnel...

Minimum 15 years in this industry Extremely knowledgeable in Front Office Management:

1- Customer Servicing- Data collection

2- Food/Beverage knowledge

Administrative skills EXTREAMLY IMPORTANT.

Needs to know how to run an office.

How to deal with other colleagues in terms of following company rules and regulations.

Back office knowledge is VERY important:

1- Cost controlling

2- Quality control

3- Knowledge of all suppliers in Lebanon

4- basic Knowledge in accounting

5- Has to be able to put a profit and loss sheet Contracting skills/ or knowledge needed
