1. BASIC SELECTION CRITERIA :

· Should be Bachelor in Architecture

· Should have 12 years (min.) experience in design & supervision projects which shall include but not limited to Airports, Housing, high rise buildings, health care and hospitality projects.

· Executed project cost should be not less than SAR 500 Million (USD 133 Million).

· Preferance shall be given to candidates having having gulf experience and in Airport projects.
