Sales Engineer - ESS (UAE) - Almajal G4S
Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Security Systems Business in UAE. Reporting to the Sales Manager in the UAE, you will be joining a team during a period of continual business growth. We employee over 14,000 in UAE and turn over 1bn+ SR per year.
The successful applicant would be primarily responsible to grow and develop the business with the country’s key accounts / new clients by deploying effective client support and acquisition mechanisms. Further, this role would be responsible to retain and grow the Branch / Regional Accounts portfolio against specific revenue and PBITA targets for the branch / regions as assigned.
Role Responsibilities
• Plan and direct the branch’s / region’s Business Development objectives to achieve the cross selling & new client acquisition targets and improvise the individual and departmental performance, client relationship, service quality and competence with international standards.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers by successfully selling and implementing new business products and services, supporting the regional bid preparation and major contract start-ups.
• Achieve the sales and business growth targets by identifying prospective clients in the given territory.
• Design and build exceptional relationships within the business units and strategic Accounts / key stakeholders to develop and execute business enhancement plans that will drive and improvise lead generation, client retention and cross-selling opportunities with other parts of business.
• Process orders including final costing, supplier orders and coordinate with logistics and the technical team on issues relating to delivery, installation and project completions
• Analyse, define and revise the current customer satisfaction research programs and reinvent the programs into more effective and customer oriented process.
