I am currently working in partnership with a leading Dairy organisation in Saudi Arabia and we are searching for a Head of Engineering to join their established team. This position will require the individual to deputise for the Director of Operations on a regular basis therefore you must have the capability that will allow you to manage the entire operation, when required.

Operations Supervisor – Credit Cards - Career Hunters

Job Purpose



The Card Operations Supervisor is essentially responsible to coordinate and manage the operations of the Card Services Department, the subsequent network operations, vendor interactions, system changes, and any new product introductions.



Key Responsibilities



To ensure system optimality within the Card Services Department, the Card Operations Supervisor is responsible for daily system situation monitoring including:



1. Monitoring downtime in the network operations of ATM, VISA and MasterCard and undertaking remedial action;



2. Initiating system updates;



3. Generating system profiles as needed: definition of billing schedules, implementation of fee profiles, etc.



4. Receiving and channeling new system requirements to the IT department;



5. Preparing, testing and coordinating for the implementation of new system updates or requirements.



To supervise daily operational performance in the Credit Services Department, the Card Operations Supervisor is responsible for:



1. Revision of fraud monitoring reports generated by the Security Officer;



2. Revision of merchant payments reports generated by the Merchant Supervisor;



3. Ensuring that all transactions are credited daily without discrepancies; this involves supervision of payments updates, G/L updates, manual cash advance payment processing, etc.



To supervise vendor interactions, the Supervisor shall handle operation updates, security bulletins, charge-back or accounting related or fee - related issues, and shall ensure the dissemination of any new vendor-related requirements throughout the department.



Upon the introduction of new products, the Supervisor shall develop a check list of user acceptance testing, test the system, and recommend testing results in order to ensure proper functioning of the system.



Decide which staff has access to system inquiries and who is allowed into the maintenance level in order to coordinate system access and safeguard system resources.



To ensure adequate service delivery, the Supervisor shall confirm the quality and timeliness of the service, ensure that customer requirements are promptly handled, motivate staff to complete their assigned targets, and ensure that there is sufficient back-up when teams leave

• Reports on the reasons for slippage against agreed targets.



• Intervenes proactively to prevent delay.



• Assists with coordination of contractors’ works.

Assistant Manager MIS - Banking Group - Kipco Group

Purpose and Scope:
Responsible for the day to day management of a Banking Group‘s financial analysis to prepare and distribute the reports for the management accurately and timely. The job holder will manage as per the guidelines of the Manager- Banking Group MIS & Planning and overall to coordinate & support after the groups’ MIS and Financial activities.







Key Responsibilities:
-Ensures that daily / weekly / monthly the Banking Groups’ financial reports produce and monitors all such reports for its accuracy and production in time. Meet all queries raised on such reports with analytical solution and provides explanations.



-Analyzes and monitors monthly Management by Objectives (MBO) reports, Non Interest Income reports and Operating expenses and explain any issues or variances including rectification to management.



-Generates various comparative and trend reports, by providing weekly & monthly comparison reports, Analyze and comments on variances.



-To co-ordinate the business development initiatives of the Unit Heads and RMs in Banking Group ensuring activities are complementary and that no opportunities for new business are missed.



-Co-ordinate in the annual Budget process for the Banking Group.



-Provides guidelines to the Banking Groups units in the preparation of the various units budgets as and when required.



-To support Banking Groups RMs to help ensure ability to meet Group/individual objectives.



-Subordinates on preparation of monthly, daily MIS reports reliable with the reporting methods in an accurate and timely manner to ensure appropriate financial management reporting.



-Maintains updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the field and related matters interest of the Banking Group.



-Liaise regularly with business areas on their MIS needs and assist in developing suitable reports to meet their requirements.



-Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.
