General Description of Role & Responsibilities:

Purpose and Scope:
Responsible for the day to day management of a Banking Group‘s financial analysis to prepare and distribute the reports for the management accurately and timely. The job holder will manage as per the guidelines of the Manager- Banking Group MIS & Planning and overall to coordinate & support after the groups’ MIS and Financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Ensures that daily / weekly / monthly the Banking Groups’ financial reports produce and monitors all such reports for its accuracy and production in time. Meet all queries raised on such reports with analytical solution and provides explanations.

-To support Banking Groups RMs to help ensure ability to meet Group/individual objectives.
-Subordinates on preparation of monthly, daily MIS reports reliable with the reporting methods in an accurate and timely manner to ensure appropriate financial management reporting.
-Maintains updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the field and related matters interest of the Banking Group.
-Liaise regularly with business areas on their MIS needs and assist in developing suitable reports to meet their requirements.
-Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.

Office daily running
• Daily check of the compound to ensure office is tidy and operational (gates, perimeter, safety systems, AC's and heating system and meeting rooms are functioning well, city water and electrical room), and report all maintenance issues to Maintenance Department.
• Responding to all staff needs and complaints related to functionality of Offices.
• Coordinate with warehouse and workshop managers regarding any admin requirements for these premises, office responsibilities.
• Conduct weekly visits to sites (Warehouses, &Workshop).
• Issuance of ROs, following up, for all items needed to run the office (furniture, supplies, etc...).
• Setting up offices for new comers.
• Providing admin support for all events taking place in the roof-top meeting room and cafeteria (supervise and coordinate activities among my team).
• Responsible for allocating Guest houses rooms upon receiving requests from Welcome Department, and follow up on Guest Houses keys.

The University of Calgary in Qatar is looking for a temporary IT Support Technician until March 31, 2015. The IT Support Technician reports to the Director of Information Technology at University of Calgary Qatar (UCQ). This position provides day to day support in the use of technology solutions required by staff, faculty and students at UCQ.
The IT Support Technician takes technical direction from other staff in the IT group and can be the first point of contact from students and employees for application and service trouble-shooting and problem resolution, and liaises with UCQ in use of routine technology used for teaching, learning research, and the day-to-day operations at UC-Q. Responsibiltiies include but are not limited to:
Scope Management:
• First point of contact at UCQ for all issues relating to the use of technology by students, faculty, and staff at UCQ and escalates more technical problems to senior technical staff.
• Provides software and hardware support, analysis and maintenance, installation and trouble shooting for UC-Q stakeholders, student labs, and classrooms. Ensures that all of the UC-Q desktop technology needs are met.
• Participates in ensuring that all teaching and learning A/V systems present in all UCQ classrooms.
• Works with and takes direction from the Application and Support Specialist in managing images of all desktop computers at the campus.
Quality Management:
• Consistently and competently demonstrates excellent knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for broad range of makes / models of applications, media, video conferencing systems and desktop computers.
• Demonstrates leadership in desktop and application trouble shooting as it arises, as well as, being proactive in anticipating issues and working with UCQ and Calgary-based technical Technicians to continually improve IT services at UCQ.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Shares expertise with staff and faculty through coaching, training and supervision
