E-Commerce Executive - Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics

Overview of role



The Lush UAE support office is looking for someone to join their ecommerce team on a full time basis. Your main role will be to ensure that online orders are fulfilled, that you keep the website up to date and accurate, and that you are able to analyse performance results each month.



What we’ll ask you to do:



• Pick and Pack all online orders accurately and timely



• Develop the relationship with our courier - requesting daily pick up of orders



• Troubleshoot issues for customers from order through to delivery.



• Maintain the website - add & remove products, update prices etc.



• Keep the website aligned with the MENA marketing plan - including launch dates



• Keep the VIP database up to date



• Responsible for sending newsletters



• SEO efficiency in relation to website searches - audit & review



• Weekly & Monthly KPI’s & Product sales reporting on E-commerce performance



• Cash reconciliations for cash on delivery parcels weekly



• Developing samples guideline for online parcels



• Overall optimise efficiency of the website for maximum customer service & sales

POSITION PURPOSE



- Administer Quantity Surveying - Cost, Tender and Contract related duties .

Marketing and Business Proposals Executive

The successful candidate will be expected to consult and engage in:



· Creating and managing the proposal methodology



· Supporting high value proposals



· Developing all external presentations

On a day-to-day basis, the role will require all RFPs which are received by the business to be screened, with the appropriate action to be taken in respect of acceptance and decline of RFPs. In response to accepted RFPs the candidate will be required to develop a skeletal proposal structure for the business and ensure they manage the process and documentation through to execution. As part of the process the candidate will be involved in following-up the opportunity and managing the effective communication internally. A part of the role would also require monthly management reporting. In addition to the core requirements of the role the suitable candidate will also be responsible for developing industry based presentations, providing support for the firms client service team and following-up proposal based initiatives.
