Market leading multi-national is seeking a Marketing Manager to manage their Cardiovascular portfolio. This is a well respected organisation that is focused on building a significant presence in the Middle East region. The Dubai office is the regional base and the team consists of high caliber individuals from a range of backgrounds.



Key aspects of the role include:



- Manage and implement the marketing strategy to achieve objectives for the market segment across the region



- Manage a team of Brand Managers to achieve company objectives.



- Identify and Understand customer needs to identify, develop, design and implement appropriate development plans across the region.



- To lead and ensure correct training to sales force and clinicians, must be able to communicate effectively with a clinical audience



- Development of KOLs



- Work with sales teams to ensure successful tactical outcome of marketing plans



- Drive competitor and market research to ensure product at front of market and pricing strategies are appropriate



- Remain abreast of clinical developments

Key aspects of the role include:



- Ensure that GMP standards are in compliance with the company and regulatory standards



- Design and improve Quality Management systems and procedures



- Review and approve the SOP s, validation, qualification, protocols, annual review, batch record, and manufacturing record.



- Quality Audit and Inspection Management.



- Act as a Local Complaint Officer



- GDP responsibilities towards authorities



- Ensure adequate CAPA plans are established.



- Be a key member of the change control board



- Product Supply support & Manage external service providers.



- Coaching and developing QA colleagues towards achieving high performance



- Managing all quality issues regarding investigations & complaints



- Coordinate & promptly perform any recall operation for medical products.

Market Access Manager - Kinetic Business Solutions

This multinational healthcare organization is looking to recruit a Market Access Manager in Saudi Arabia, based in Jeddah. You will be very active in terms of pricing trends and funding in KSA in order to forecast any opportunities and risks for the business. Contributing to policy making and educating colleagues on strategies.



- Maintain active intelligence of pricing trends and reimbursement/funding in Saudi Arabia in order to anticipate risks and opportunities for the portfolio.



- Contribute to educate internally colleagues and Brand Teams on the strategic aspect of Market Access.



- Develop and recommend on a yearly basis an Area Market Access Strategic Plan, including strategies and tactics for both in-market products and pipeline products.



- Consult and work with the affiliates to help them map key funding organizations and develop their own Country Market Access Plan



- Develop and recommend a specific strategy for Saudi Market Access Plan.



- Responsible for the training and appropriate implementation of the Pricing policies and database/systems across the Area.



- Ensure that the pricing database is timely updated.
