Electromechanical Site Engineers - ACTED

Main task and responsibilities



- Under the line management of the deputy project manager, he/she is in



charge of the operational organization, planning and implementation of



programme activities in the specific assigned area of the camp;



- Take care of updating the general and detailed time schedule of the



work (promptly report to the supervisor of any deviations from the agreed terms



of proposing the necessary corrective action);



- Support in preparation of accounting documents for the cash for work;



Ensures that CfW attendance sheets are compiled daily and supports the Deputy



PM in the collection of all CfW-related documentation;



- Ensure that all the CfWs working under the Water Supply Network project



are equipped with the proper tools;



- Filling the daily reports in order to monitor in quantitative and



qualitative way the work has been carried out;



- Supervises the daily activities of the Cash for Work (CfW)under the



contractor umbrella



- Support in relationship in between the contractor and the CfW;



- Ensures ACTED policies regarding CfW are rigorously implemented, and



reports and irregularities to the DPM;



- Is the focal point



for CfW activities in the site under his/her responsibility

Branch Manager
