The Role:

Managing the Food Division's delivery call centre you will be responsible for a team of supervisors and sales associates ensuring SLAs and productivity targets are met and that telemarketing activities are carried out correctly. You will also be responsible for resolving low and medium level complaints and escalate high level complaints to the Operations Manager immediately.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

You will have/be:

- Arabic and English communication skills (essential)- Demonstrated experience driving measurable results through Customer Order Management - An extremely friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with the ability to openly communicate and work with all types of individuals and personalities- Able to understand and manage Call Centre KPIs- Able to coordinate with the Fleet Manager for better execution of customer service
