Public Relation Officer
- Works closely with Business Support Manager to determine, plan and implement business related employee requirements.
- Provides all the required Public relation Officer services including liaising and Coordinating all the governmental requirements pertaining to the office such as renewal of licenses and permits and employee related documents.
-Handles and Coordinates all employee/visitors related requirements, such as issuing/terminating visas, labor contracts, cards, CNIA passes, car lease, house lease, relocation services, schooling, etc, with the service providers, employee, government and management.
-Handles all employee related requirements, such as housing payments, schooling payments, medical and life insurance filings, preparation of employment letters for management approvals.
-Compile and update systems, data base and filing systems of employees and correspond to required departments with the compiled employee and dependants lists for various ongoing assignments.
-Monitor Country Evacuation Plan, dialogic and emergency evacuation plans.
- Manages all outdoor tasks such as payment of invoices, bank related tasks, coordination with external providers.
- Perform office administrative function such as assistance in scanning invoices, generating internal Payment & Purchase Related Forms and completing the assignment.
- Develops recommended solutions within budget and schedule.
-Presents recommendations to management for approval. Implements approved plan in coordination with other organizations as required.
-Verifies accuracy of data. Manages information in the database.
-Maintains correct levels of access according to established procedures. - Monitors tracks and records data activity to provide visibility. - Compiles data from various sources. - Creates drafts and final documents using multiple software tools. - Coordinates and facilitates important or sensitive communications on behalf of the organization and management. - Interacts frequently with internal and external personnel and customers. - Compiles data and assists in analysis to establish facilities equipment and computer needs. - Assists in developing solutions. Processes requests for facilities equipment and computer needs. - Assist in clearing payments relating to office and employees. - Responsible to update the management of any changes in governmental processes. - Maintains an accurate database of all renewals including but not limited to licenses and visas. - Communicates effectively with the employees and management. - Maintain records as per records management retention policy. -Commit to deadlines. - Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication. - Assist in coordinating and planning the execution of executive visits, conference and special events. - Compose and type letters in Arabic & English and memos with technical and/or confidential nature. - Perform Transportation duties on needed basis. - Attend or participate in company functions as required. - Act as back up to other team members as needed. - Works under minimal supervision. - Other duties as assigned by management. Duties subject to change per management requirements. -Trains and mentors less experienced employees.
