Field Sales Manager
• Responsible for monitoring the daily sales activities in order to achieve the sales targets • Supervises and allocates the workload and responsibilities among the section staff • To oversee market research and other applicable studies to assess market potential and identify potential business opportunities • Lead and provide ongoing coaching to all supervisors and sales representatives and ensure they are properly trained and motivated to achieve their objectives • Analyze regularly the effectiveness of the sales operations in order to strengthen the present distribution channels through monitoring product penetration • Manage the receivables, maintaining them at a low level • Ensure proper implementation of all company procedures and customer agreements • Develop strong relationship with key POS, • Prepare and negotiate contracts with key POS • Supervise sales staff and delegate responsibilities in an efficient manner • Accompany supervisors and salesmen to market through “Gate 2 Gate” visits to coach as well as give “on the job” training. Provide a field proper coaching to correct mistakes, improve performance and give the unit effective sales training techniques and customers’ service skills • Sustains positive team spirit by treating individual team members fairly and dealing with problem situations firmly and decisively.
