Multinational pharmaceutical company is looking to recruit a Director - Government Affairs/ Market Access for Middle East, Levant and Africa region to be based in Dubai, UAE. This is a well respected organization that is focused on building a significant presence in the region. The Dubai office is the regional base and the team consists of high caliber individuals from a range of backgrounds.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Developing, monitoring, analyzing & implementing relevant Market Access strategy for all brands within the Therapy Area.

- Pro-actively identifies market access opportunities in a strategic plan and development of financially sound business proposals.

- Communicate with local health authority and agents frequently to follow-up new legislations and changes in the pricing rules and procedures.

- Establish and maintain relationships at all levels of government, public services and other authorities to facilitate communication and help advance company's business interests.

- Management of Pricing and Reimbursement negotiations with governmental and non-governmental organizations.

- Leads and manages the most high-level, complex, controversial government relationships.
