A leading Real Estate Developer in Dubai is seeking a UAE National fresh graduate for a Business Excellence Associate role. The ideal candidate must be a committed, hard worker, exceptionally self-motivated with a good eye for detail.

This person will provide support for data analysis and reporting as well as administrative and office support to the department, independently carry out assigned responsibilities, such as first level interaction with business & support units, Process development consultants, etc.

You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing KPI data from various business units within the organisation, extracting and reviewing reports from CRM & SAP systems and ensuring that all documentation and records relating to tasks carried out are maintained correctly.

Once the analysis is complete you will be required to put together a report of your findings and provide feedback with regards to how to improve performance in each specific business unit by reviewing the company's policies and re-writing any policies that need amending.
