About This Job:

To be a part of the Team working to handle the Growth in scope of Pressure Pumping Operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Ensure timely execution of orders, instructions and directions from the Field Supervisor and Operations Manager Pressure Pumping.

Plan and execute all types of Cementing operations – conductors, surface casing, intermediate casings, long strings, liners, squeezes, plugs.

Organize and verify the process of continuous training and qualification improvement of employees within Department.

Maintenance of Cementing Unit.

Train subordinates on equipment, job procedures and safety regulations.

Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.

Direct and perform routine maintenance on all equipment.

Monitor instruments and gauges to assure proper flow, operation and cementing and stimulation conditions.

Maintaining close Client Liaison.

Perform other assigned duties.

Must be able to operate High Pressure Cement Pumps and/or Falcons & RAMS

Must be proficient calculating slurry volumes, balanced cement plugs, displacements volumes, etc.

Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.Essential Qualifications / Requirements:

2 year Technical Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical after High School.

Requires a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Field Specialist Cementing.Preferred Qualifications / Requirements:

Excellent computer skills.

Must be a self-starter and natural leader who is capable of working with little to no supervision.

Must be comfortable working in a foreign language and cultural environment.

Experience with DH tools would be an asset.

Candidate will have extensive experience with land-based operations. Being able to work in a stressful environment under conditions both harsh and remote is a must.Company overview:
