Supply Chain Manager - Arasco

Roles:



1. Develop forecasting & planning methods in partnership with concerned departments.



2. Forecast material needs and capital equipment needs in conjunction with concerned departments.



3. Manage all procurement process from identifying multiple local/ international suppliers/service providers to delivery and consumption.



4. Manage RFP process.



5. Manage inventory.



6. Negotiate and manage long-term contracts.



7. Manage relationships with local and international suppliers/service providers.



8. Manage relationship with Regulatory Bodies and Governmental Stakeholders.



9. Develop performance metrics; analyze such to recommend opportunities for improvement.



10. Participate in other activities with operations team to manage the business.

Manage, process and control all new, renewal, cancellation and amendment requests for Immigration, Labour and Medical Test, Health Card, Health Insurance and other department’s formalities.



Check documents submitted to public authorities in order to ensure they are complete and updated in tracking sheets and Online Government records; Verify compliance of employees to all scheduled appointments.



Control and audit on continuous basis internal processes which have financial implications on the company in order to avoid penalties and fines from the government.

Assist the hierarchy in setting goals for team members; handle task distribution among team members and monitor progress of applications until completion of tasks in accordance to strict deadlines and adherence of internal departmental procedures.
