-Answer inbound calls and assist customers on any inquiries or questions.



-Handle outbound calls and interact with customers to maintain customer’s satisfaction standards, telesales and telemarketing calls targets.



-Effective sales and soft-skill communication techniques to upgrade sales and service at Al Babtain.



-Conduct all after sales survey-Customer Service Feedback surveys.



-Update Kerridge system with changes and the status of customer’s updated database
