Leading a significant part of the HR Business Partnering structure you will drive performance and the ongoing development of the team ensuring that the HR service is supportive to the business, challenges thinking and is focused on executional excellence.

This is a new role responsible for HR Business Partnering across one of largest divisions with line management responsibility for a team of highly experienced HRBP's.

You will have a passion for HR, proven leadership skills and the presence and gravitas to partner with senior stakeholders of multiple high profile brands within our portfolio whilst also working with HR colleagues to build and improve best practice HR delivery across the function.

We are looking for seasoned HR professionals with a varied background and international exposure; with the proven ability to excel in a fast paced environment you will have worked in a lead HR role previously and been responsible for the management and development of multiple HRBP's reporting to you.
