Sales Executive (INMA Qatar) - Alfardan Group
Job Overview
• To ensure the commercial success of INMA Qatar in the local market and in the Middle East
• To achieve the assigned monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
• To analyze market potential and sales territory
• To plan and carry out prospecting activities for selected target groups by direct mailing, electronic mailing, outdoor visits, and outgoing calls.
• To build, establish, and accurately maintain the sales database
• To know the brand values and the details of the products
• To sell creatively across a broad product portfolio
• To present, explain and clarify, all the services provided by the dealership and the company such as the financial services, Insurance, bank offers and promotions so to be offered to the customer
• To carry out customer welcoming, sales negotiation and discussions and to analyze requirements
• To handle complaints to the full satisfaction of the customer and the company
• To develop and provide systematic after-sales customer care in order to create the basis for repeated sales and referrals.
• To gather and update the information about competitors’ products and to compare them with our dealer’s products
