Customer Relationship Manager - الخيار الأسمى التجارية
Role Summary: The primary function of this role is to ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied. Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) aims to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the company.CRM should also maintain and grow relationships with large customers. Reporting to the Sales Manager, CRM is expected to assist sales team (account managers) to obtain new business, close deals and arrange their meetings with clients. Primary Responsibilities: 1- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face. 2- Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner. 3- Handling customer complaints. 4- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondences with customers. 5- Building long term relationships with key stakeholders. 6- Assisting in the production of external communications. 7- Arranging for meetings of Account Managers with potential corporate clients. 8- Following up with clients on the sales process and insuring that all of their inquiries are answered. 9- Looking for new sales opportunities. 10- Meeting with top managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service. 11- Learning about company’s products and keeping up to date with changes. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of two years of experience in customer relationships management, preferably in motor oil retail industry. 2. High proficiency of spoken and written English and Arabic. 3. Understanding of key business issues. 4. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. 5. Excellent problem solving skills. 6. Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers 7. Confident and dynamic personality.
