Law Secretary - R Holding Group


• Provide academic and administrative support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Law Department• Direct walk-in visitors to the appropriate Academic and Administrative offices• Maintain the general filing system and file all important correspondence• Compile and maintain records• Read and screen incoming correspondence and reports; make preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organize documents; handle some matters personally and forward appropriate materials to the Department Head.• Respond to inquiries, receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, and alerts the concerned department personnel accordingly• Compose letters and memoranda upon the instruction of the Department Head• Make the minutes of the meetings• Coordinate office management activities for the staff and department chair• Make referrals to appropriate staff or provide requested information• Liaison between Law and other departments• Provide or assist others as needed• Maintain adequate CUCA stationeries• Perform other duties as needed
