• Ensure additions to interplan® and product updates are delivered up to quality standards

• Execute test plans to evaluate the functionality and performance of our software application

• Create and maintain user guides, test plans and release notes

• Liaise with Software Engineers to check functionality back to systems specifications

• Ensure compliance with SLAs

• Ensure all applications are bug free and perform system/ integration testing and confirm that products meets the necessary requirements

• Manage and track all bugs/issues and ensure effective communication with clients and team members regarding issues

• Provide ongoing feedback to management on issues and possible solutions

• Ensure installer and other release items (release notes, test plans etc.) are of release quality
