As part of our sales team, you will get a chance to apply your skills in a variety of areas, such as client facing positions, central sales functions and field management. Sales responsibilities include:• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers. • Contacting clients and setting up business meetings. • Dealing with clients in-person to promote company products and services (Indoors & Outdoors) • Acquiring potential customers and distributors. • Design and Customize insurance programs to set future plan that suit client's needs and priorities. • Act as a financial consultant for our clients by providing advice and creative solutions. • Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance. • Sell various types of insurance policies to both individuals and corporate. • Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of the person or property to be insured, and to discuss any existing coverage needed. • Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients. • Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms. • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals. • Reviewing sales performance. • Fulfilling our company’s service level standards. • Working closely with Market Management and Product Development by providing them with useful customer feedback.* Salary package: Fixed Salary + Commission
