Our company is a cold-rolling steel factory which has been based in the UAE for 6 years. We are under going a process of expansion and we need new talent to help us grow.

We require a bright, young executive assistant who will assist both the MD and Head of Operations of our company, working closely with both of them on a daily basis. No prior steel industry experience is required.

The job will place heavy emphasis on 1) Document control, ensuring the quality management systems in the firm are working efficiently. 2) Client relations, ensuring regular correspondence is being maintained with all customers via phone and e-mail and that their needs are communicated to the top management. 3) Human Resource management for both Management and Lower level staff, ensuring sensitive documents such as increment letters or employment letters are kept secure. 4) To maintain transparent communication channels from the top management to all employees of the firm, these can include publishing price lists, writing e-mails and keeping constant touch with the top management while they are away on business trips to ensure all their decisions are communicated/ implemented in the company. 5) Being dynamic and positive, we want to bring in young talent who have the capacity to learn, be dynamic and bring in positive new ideas to our company.

Our company also has operations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi New Delhi and Hong Kong so anticipate plenty of travel to these locations.
