- Manage and evaluate personnel and/or off site management staff.

- Oversee operation of building systems, supervise employees and monitor contractors who perform routine maintenance and repair work.

- Set up/ Update/ implement policies procedures under the guidance of Operation Manager.

- Give tenants guidance and support in regard to using the common facilities and services of the shopping mall.

- Ensuring the asset meets health and safety requirements and has policy and procedure in place to ensure all emergencies or urgent issues address immediately.

- Directing and planning essential central services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal.

- Assist in the bidding, negotiating, and supervision of contracted services.

- Oversee preventative maintenance plans

- Daily supervision of maintenance, safety and security matters.

- Daily oversight of on-site tenant construction and property improvements under regulations and guidelines of the shopping mall.

- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for the Management regard to the monitoring operating budget vs. actual operating expenses of the shopping mall.

- Performs other task as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

- University degree.

- Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate analysis / asset management experience with an emphasis in office, retail and residential market.

- Experience in property management, leasing and operations is desirable.

- Solid analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
