Growing Media firm, located in Media City seeks Business Assistant.

Are you an Assistant, EA or PA who loves what you do, but seeks more challenging tasks with the opportunity to grow.

We are searching for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Assistant who can predominantly support two Company Directors, but also assist the business and team in their work projects.

The company is young and dynamic and the right candidate must be presentable, flexible and have a passion for their work-output and career aspiration.

As an assistant to the Directors, the role requires everyday support duties; such as diary management, travel co-ordinator, meeting minute taker and at times be required to support the company with official submission, effectively to become the Company Confident.

The role is not restricting and at times you may be required to be the face of the company by stepping in to attend Client meetings and Company briefs on behalf of the Company Directors; this is where the opportunity to expand the role and your career begins.

You will not be asked to write a marketing or brand brief, however experience and an understanding in corporate presentations and their content is required to successfully support the Directors and team.
