Residential Manager - Sharjah District - Better Homes LLC


Job Summary







In conjunction with the Head - Residential Sales & Leasing, establishing, implementing and monitoring Sales/Leasing targets for each of the Sales/Leasing Consultants in the team. This will include; setting targets for individual staff members, briefing them on the sales/leasing budget expectations and counseling and motivating them as necessary. Identify new projects and prospects to capture in Sharjah and Northern Emirates. Must have excellent understanding of the real estate market in Northern Emirates region.







Main Responsibilities







1. Managing the Sales & Leasing Consultants where and when required on, sale/leasing skills and techniques, marketing issues (strategy and design).



2. In conjunction with the Head - Residential Sales & Leasing, conducting weekly meetings to discuss team issues and ensuring that all the Sale & Leasing Consultants are kept updated on current Better Homes LLC./divisional procedures, policies & properties specifically in Sharjah and Northern Emirates.



3. Preparing reports for the Head - Residential Sales & Leasing as required.



4. Meeting with prospective clients directly and/or with Sales/Leasing Consultants, giving full scope of services to them, preparing or assisting in preparing proposals, negotiating, finalizing and arranging the agreements for signature.



5. Overseeing the paperwork and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available in MasterKey Systems. This will include overseeing invoicing, receipting commission claims and preparing buying and selling or leasing and rental contracts etc.



6. Making recommendations to improve the MasterKey System.



7. Handling of client disputes and liaising with clients and Sales/Leasing Consultants on dispute matters.



8. Liaising with the Marketing division on marketing issues & items and arranging advertising as required. Arranging marketing material as required with the approval of the Residential Sales & Leasing Manager.



9. Human Resources division for the recruitment of new team members (both administrative and consultants).



10. Administration division regarding general matters relating to the running of the office, including but not limited to, liaising with the Office Manager regarding office issues and office boy, ensuring all stationery and office supplies are ordered and delivered.



11. Managing Administrators and checking their work load, being aware of the full role of Administrators and ensuring correct delivery of function.



12. Continuously developing product knowledge, including but not limited to, developer’s procedures, pricing, locations and different developers.



13. Keeping abreast with the current property laws and updating the Manager - Residential Sales & Leasing on the same. Carrying out any duties that may arise, or as directed, those are in support of Better Homes and its various divisions.







What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?







1.Candidate must have prior experience within Real Estate - Sales & Leasing in UAE specifically in Sharjah and Northern Emirates.



2.Management experience is required within a minimum of 10 Years experience. Have managed a large team for a minimum of 5 years.



3.Indepth knowledge of the Sharjah Real Estate Market.



4.Brokerage or Developers background is preferred.



5.Valid United Arab Emirates Driving License required.
